Shipping policy

We endeavor to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours of placement; this does not include weekends and public holidays.

A flat rate for Standard shipping starts at $11.95 and for Express shipping it starts $16.95 and orders that are $150 or over are free shipping within Australia.

The Shipping is calculated on the weight of the package so for example if you get standard shipping and it is over 0.500kg it will be $14.95 and the same is for express 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post with the tracking number sent to your email.

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days depending on your location in Australia.

We currently do not ship internationally 

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order with us. If the wrong address is provided, we cannot offer a reimbursement for the package.

If for whatever reason KACI Apparel are unable to send your goods as above, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have an option of waiting for your item to be restocked if possible or you can choose to receive on exchange, credit not or refund at our discretion.
