How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping 3–6 business days, Express 1–3 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only Australia, but maybe soon ;)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, if spend over $150.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 30-day policy on full-priced that need to be unworn and with tags still on.

How do I return an item?

Contact us first with the return, then fill out the return slip that with your order, then ship back to us

How long do refunds take? 

3–15 business days.

Can I return a sale item?

No, unless faulty.

Do you have a size guide?

Flat layout measurements on most items or size range in description.

What if an item doesn't fit?

You can exchange for different size/item or store credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay.

How do I track my order? 

We send you an email with tracking link sent on dispatch.

We are base in Umina Beach, Central Coast NSW.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes we do, 318 West Street Umina Beach 2257 NSW.

Garment care? 

Machine wash cold gentle cycle; hand wash for any of our Italian Linen and Silk.
